Welcome to Bangalore
Of all the cities in India, Bangalore in South India enjoys the most salubrious climate, sitting cool at an altitude of 2900 ft from mean sea level. There is no special need for the residents of Bangalore to look for summer retreats any where else.
HAL airport in the city catered to its domestic and international airline operations, till recently, year 2008. BIAL Airport situated in North Bangalore, contiguous to the National Highway between Bangalore and Hyderabad, now serves Bangalore as its major international airport since 6 years, expanding its airline operations to cope with the demanding needs of passengers.
Yelahanka, the town situated near the Hyderabad National highway is already busy with the Air Force Airport and catering to the needs of its staff and all other requirements in educational/medical/commercial /entertainment needs.
The expansion for residential/commercial requirements for Bangalore is now centred around North Bangalore. No doubt, the land prices are increasing at a faster pace. With the existing demand for all its infrastructure, the increasing population and the floating population , the realty sector is very busy in its activities.
If there is a time to decide and buy property with an assured escalation in value, it is NOW ! There are still virgin lands available for investment and construction for various needs.
Another important factor about North Bangalore is that the National High way from Chennai to Bangalore will be soon upgraded to Express high way which will terminate at Hosakote- from where it could be connected to National Highway to Hyderabad, by expanding the present highway between Hosakote and Devanahalli ( where is the airport is situated) . The area between these two National Highways await major expansion soon.
It will be a wise decision to invest now in land properties / buy developed and approved sites for construction purposes. in North Bangalore.
